Parents Anonymous® Program is an evidence-based family strengthening program utilizing mutual support (the giving and getting of help), parent leadership (seeking solutions and becoming empowered), and shared leadership® (working together) to achieve personal growth, improve family functioning and achieve parental resilience. Programs include local weekly support groups for parents and caregivers and separate programs for children.

National Parent Helpline is available Monday-Friday 10am-7pm PT at 855-427-2736. The Helpline provides emotional support from a trained Advocate to help parents become empowered and a stronger parent.
