Services Provided: Children's Craniofacial Association is a national nonprofit organization, dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with facial differences and their families. Nationally and internationally, CCA addresses the medical, financial, psychosocial, emotional, and educational concerns relating to craniofacial conditions. Services Provided: Angel Wheels to Healing (formerly Angel Bus) is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to providing compassionate, non-emergency long-distance ground transportation to patients in need.
