Eligibility: Must have referral from medical care provider. Children - age 18
Services Provided: UDAC evaluates children with or at risk for developmental delays throughout Utah. Provides developmental assessments and management recommendations for all ages of children. Offers traveling clinic dates in Blanding, Moab, Price, Richfield, St. George, and Vernal. Traveling clinics may not offer all services, call to verify.
Services include: Developmental Pediatrics, Psychology, Genetics, Neurology, Audiology, Speech and Language Pathology, Occupational and Physical Therapy, Family Support Services.

Four programs of the UDAC are: Child Development Program, Neonatal Follow-up Program, Heart Center Neurodevelopmental Program, Orthopedic Follow-up Program.

Most programs offer clinics in Salt Lake and in 6 communities throughout Utah, termed "travel clinics." Genetics and neurology evaluation teams travel to sites in Blanding, Moab, Ogden, Price, Richfield, St. George, and Vernal.
