Eligibility: Must have referral from medical care provider. Birth weight 2 lbs,12 oz or less ; Gestational Age 26 weeks or less; ECMO support required; Diagnosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
Services Provided: Clinical services for Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN).
UDAC evaluates children with or at risk for developmental delays throughout Utah; provides developmental assessments and management recommendations for all ages of children. Clinics include Chid Development Program (CDP); Heart Center Neurodevelopmental Program (HCNP), Neonatal Follow-up Program (NFP).

Services include: Developmental Pediatrics, Psychology, Genetics, Neurology, Audiology, Speech and Language Pathology, Occupational and Physical Therapy, Family Support Services.
