Services Provided: Youth loan program. FSA makes loans to individual young persons to start and operate income-producing projects of modest size in connection with their participation in 4-H clubs, FFA, a Tribal youth group, or similar agricultural youth organization. The project being financed with an FSA Youth Loan needs to provide an opportunity for the young person to acquire experience and education in agriculture-related skills.

Eligibility: Friends of Man accepts applications ONLY from a referring professional on behalf of the applicant. This can be a social worker, nurse, school counselor, teacher, principal, social worker, clergy, health care technician, etc.
Services Provided: Friends of Man was founded to provide donors with the opportunity to have 100% of their gift used for charitable purposes. Referring Professionals (health care and social workers, clergy, counselors, teachers, etc.) submit applications on behalf of people in need of assistance. Applications are accepted only from referring professionals. Friends of Man carefully considers all applications, referring to the federal poverty guidelines as well as all the information required on our application. If the request is approved, Friends of Man pays the vendor for the needed items or services.
