Eligibility: Eligible for any disease diagnosed during the initial exam. US citizens and legal residents. Glaucoma risk (by age, race and family history) and have not had an eye exam in 12 months or more, uninsured.
Services Provided: Providing eye care through volunteer ophthalmologists (Eye M.D.) at no cost to those who qualify. A comprehensive medical eye exam is provided and care for anything diagnosed at the initial visit for up to one year at no out-of-pocket cost for the physician's services.

Eligibility: To be eligible for the program, applicants must: meet the U.S. Poverty guidelines; have had a recent eye exam; have no other resources available to pay for glasses, including federal or state programs or assistance from local charitable organizations.
Services Provided: New Eyes provides vouchers for a free pair of glasses for those who meet income guidelines. New Eyes does not pay for eye exams. Contact us through the website for assistance in locating a source of free or low-cost eye exams.
