Eligibility: The Boy's Group Home is an emergency residential shelter for teenage boys ages 12 to 17 who are in the care and custody of the state of Utah because of alleged abuse or neglect or considered ungovernable.
Services Provided: Youth stay here until a more permanent placement is found, either in foster care or with family members. The average amount of time for a youth to stay is one month.
The Boy's Group Home has capacity for 16 and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During their stay the boys receive health, medical and dental screening, transportation and participate in a number of recreational activities.
