Services Provided: Clinical services for Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN).
UDAC evaluates children with or at risk for developmental delays throughout Utah; provides developmental assessments and management recommendations for all ages of children. Clinics include Child Development Program (CDP); Heart Center Neurodevelopmental Program (HCNP), Neonatal Follow-up Program (NFP).
