Eligibility: Must have referral from medical care provider. Birth weight 2 lbs,12 oz or less ; Gestational Age 26 weeks or less; ECMO support required; Diagnosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
Services Provided: Clinical services for Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN).
UDAC evaluates children with or at risk for developmental delays throughout Utah; provides developmental assessments and management recommendations for all ages of children.
