Services Provided: 1. Research and community mobilization on issues of poverty - economic opportunity, fiscal analysis, quality health coverage, homelessness and housing, and others.
2. Citizen education and involvement through Community Solutions Conference, Citizen's Day at the Legislature, and other issue-specific workshops and trainings.
3. Policy development and advocacy with and on behalf of low-income residents.
4. Capacity building and coordination of statewide IDA (Individual Development Account) Network - IDAs are special matched savings accounts designed to help families and individuals of modest means establish a pattern of regular saving and, ultimately, purchase a |productive asset| (first home, small business, or college or vocational education), Homelessness Continuum of Care and Management Information System (HMIS).
