Eligibility: Person must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident, and a resident of the State of Utah. A person may be eligible for services if they have qualifying disabilities in one of the four areas listed below: intellectual disabilities or related conditions; Acquired Brain Injury (ABI); physical disabilities; autism.
Services Provided: The Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) serves children and adults who have intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, brain injuries, and autism. Services are uniquely tailored to each person and family and are designed to allow persons with disabilities to lead self-determined lives and be full participants in their communities.

Services which DSPD may be able to provide include:
Respite Care
Service Brokering
Family Skill Building and Preservation Classes
Supported Employment, Supported Living and Transportation Services.
Provider Profiles: There is a waiting list dependent on funding by the State Legislature.
