Eligibility: Utah children who have been diagnosed as having hearing loss who cannot receive a hearing aid through Medicaid or private insurance and are at or below 300 percent of the federal poverty level.

Services Provided: Provides and promotes family-centered, care coordination and facilitates the development of community-based systems for children with special health care needs and their families. Direct Services provided by the University of Utah Health Care Center.
Programs include Autism System Development, Child Health Advanced Records Management (CHARM), Children's Hearing Aid Program, Critical Congenital Heart Defect (CCHD) Screening, Cytomegalovirus (CMV) Public Health Initiative, Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI), Fostering Healthy Children Program, Integrated Services Program, Kurt Oscarson Children's Organ Transplant Fund, Newborn Bloodspot (Heelstick) Screening Program, Technology Dependent Waiver, and Utah Birth Defects Network.
