Eligibility: Assistance based on need. Includes a variety of disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism, Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia
Wheelchair Accessible: Complete
Services Provided: Residential, day, and supportive services for children and adults with disabilities and their families. Programs are designed for families still on the waiting list for state funding.
Family TIES, a chance for parents of children with disabilities to network one another.
Respitality: combines respite services with quality hospitality services. Families benefit from the generosity of hotels and restaurants that provide free accommodations and a meal for two, during a 24-hour getaway. During this time, FFI offers care for the family member with a disability and any siblings within the home.
Information and Referral: FFI provides information and referral services to people who want to connect with services within the community or state.
Equipment Purchase Assistance: provides coordination of funding and financial assistance to purchase needed equipment and services, such as wheelchairs, communication devices and adapted bikes.
Provider Profiles: These programs are run entirely from donations and grant awards.
