Therapeutic interventions for children and adults based on the theory of applied behavior analysis that behavior rewarded is more likely to be repeated than behavior ignored. Frequently used for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder but also used for a variety of other disorders and diagnoses. (AIRS LR-0450.0500) Certification includes Board-certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).

Eligibility:
  • Child has an autism diagnosis or completed an evaluation from a qualified medical professional.
  • Currently supporting families with Medicaid and other select providers.‍
  • Parents who have the ability to work at least 10 hours per week with their child.
  • Pass a background check
  • High school diploma

Services Provided:

Provides a free 40-hour training course to parents to become a Behavior Technician (BT) and become their child's own ABA provider.
