Services Provided: Family Resource Facilitators (FRFs) are trained family members who develop working partnerships with the Community Mental Health Center staff to represent family voice at service delivery, administration and policy levels. They provide referrals to local resources and programs; advocacy for culturally appropriate services; links to information and support groups; and family wraparound facilitation. These services increase family involvement at all levels and improve outcomes for families.
Family Resource Facilitator Mentorship includes:
• ½ day orientation
• 2 days family leadership training
• 3 days wraparound facilitation training
• Weekly phone calls
• 1 on-site visit monthly

Services Provided: Family Voices provides one-on-one help to achieve family-centered care for all children and youth with special health care needs and/or disabilities. Through their national network, they provide families tools to make informed decisions, advocate for improved public and private policies, build partnerships among professionals and families and serve as a trusted resource on health care.
