Ticket To Work
From the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Ticket To Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999 (TWWIIA) assists people with disabilities with employment opportunities including Medicaid Buy-In and other programs.

Work Ability helps prepare people with disabilities to work. The program was designed for people who receive public benefits like Medicaid and Social Security due to a disability. Work Ability connects people with supports to help them find and maintain work.
Utah Association of Community Services
Association of community providers who contract with the Division of Services for People with Disabilities and the Office of Rehabilitation to provide site and non-site day services. Some providers also accept clients who are self-pay.

Education and support for the prevention and recovery of brain injury. PACER's National Family Advocacy and Support Training Project (FAST)

This curriculum supports students as the transition from high school to adulthood and provides information and tools relating to transition; self-assessment; supports; employment and careers; education and training; living arrangements, recreation and leisure; and resources; from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Murray Greenhouse Foundation
For individuals with disabilities age 22 and older, teaches independent living and employment skills through work in a greenhouse.
Youth Leadership Toolkit
