Individuals and families in Nevada can call the Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) Hotline for help with resource coordination. The CYSHCN Hotline is a bilingual, statewide hotline available 24/7.
FamilyTIES of Nevada is the host of the CYSCHN Hotline and is a nonprofit program assisting families in the coordination of services. FamilyTIES is a partner of the CYSHCN program within the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health, and is one of many trusted care coordination providers found across the state. The Medical Home Portal, aims to support families, youth, care coordination providers, and health care providers, to create a more complete and inclusive Medical Home for children.
