Christian Curtis is an enrolled member of the Fort Peck Sioux and Assiniboine Tribe, where she was born and raised. She is a registered nurse at the Fort Peck Tribes Health Promotion Disease Prevention Program and has worked there since 2015. She primarily works with children and youth in the school system through providing medical services in a school-based clinic and utilizes telemedicine in a rural setting. In 2021, she became a community trainee for the URLEND program to assist in expanding resources for children with special health care needs on the reservation.
