Athena was first introduced to the Medical Home Portal in 2014 and used it frequently as a care coordinator while working at the University of Utah Pediatric Clinic. She joined the Portal team in January 2020 and currently works as the Services Support Manager, helping state partners ulize the Portal to support their Title V goals. Athena holds a Master of Public Health degree, is a Certified Health Education Specialist, and has completed the Utah Regional Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities training program.
