Offers small grants of up to $500 for Utahns with disabilities to purchase assistive technology devices. 

Provides low-interest loans of up to $50,000 to purchase assistive technology or devices. Up to $25,000 may be loaned for home modifications. Examples of eligible purchases or adaptations include:

• Wheelchairs or scooters
• Hearing aids
• Braille equipment
• Lifts or elevators
• Adapted computer accessories and software
• Augmentative and alternative communication devices, including iPads and apps

Provides services to individuals with disabilities including advocacy, independent living skills training, youth transition and nursing home/institution transition, peer support, information and referral services, community integration recreational activities, assistive technology equipment services, limited transportation, and Ticket to Work program.
