Services Provided:	For children with new seizures or suspected seizures who need to be seen promptly, providers and families may call for an appointment at the seizure fast track clinic. For infants younger than 1 month of age and those who are acutely ill, in hospital or in the Emergency department, the Medical Home provider should contact the neurologist on call directly (801-662-1000).
