1. Serve individuals with disabilities of all ages in Utah and the intermountain region; provide AT devices and services; train university students, parents, children with disabilities and professional service providers about AT.

CReATE (Citizens Reuitilizing Assitive Technology Equipment) initiative available to all ages in Utah and provides access to refurbished mobility equipment with prices varying from approximately $300-$1,000 depending on refurbishing costs; for more infomation, contact the listserv at createinfo@cpd2.usu.edu or visit the listed web site. 3. Loans equipment and provides links to other organizations that loan equipment (lending library). |
