1. Case management and referral services. We develop a service plan and help clients access needed services.
2. Skills Development Classes. Weekly/no charge. Topics covered are parenting, goal setting, stress management, home safety, car seat safety, communication skills and financial awareness. Transportation available. 3. Support Groups. Weekly/no charge. A group where clients share information and ideas. This is an open entry group. Transportation available. 4. Transportation available for doctor appointments and other critical appointments. |
