Services Provided:	1. Housing Assistance a. Section 8 vouchers b. Furnace replacement or repair c. Housing rehab - major home repair and emergency home repair programs available. d. Weatherization e. Home Choice - a single-family mortgage loan designed for low or moderate-income people who have disabilities or have family members with disabilities living with them. f. Tremonton Crown Home - an affordable housing subdivision in Tremonton, Utah. 2. Area Agency on Aging - programs and services designed to assist older individuals maintain their health and independence in their homes and communities (see seperate listing). 3. Family and Human Services a. Rental and emergency assistance b. HEAT c. WIA (Workforce Investment Act) - program for youth ages 14-21 that provides a range of services to help eligibile youth achieve academic and employment success (worksite experience, tutoring, occupational skills training, adult mentoring, etc.). 4. Community and Economic Development - improve housing, jobs, and services for neighborhoods in Cache, Box Elder, and Rich Counties.
