Services Provided:	1. Under the Public Service Commission's Lifeline Rule, people may be eligible for UTAP, formerly known as Lifeline. UTAP provides a partial discount on monthly local, phone service and one-time hook-up fees.
Eligibility:	Household income must be below 135% of the federal poverty guideline.
