1. When a referral is recieved, a JSIT staff member meets with the family to assess needs, strengths, and problem areas.
2. A change strategy is then developed that capitalizes on strengths, and addresses needs and problematic family issues. 3. JSIT utilizes the collaborative model in mobilizing the resources and services of community and government agencies as partners with Jordan School District in addressing relevant family needs. |
