| Services Provided: |
1. Children who attend Head Start participate in a variety of educational activities that help them grow mentally, socially, emotionally, and physically.
2. They receive free medical and dental care, have healthy meals and snacks, and enjoy playing indoorsand outdoors in a safe setting. 3. Most children are between the ages of 3-5yrs old. 4. Services are also available to prenatal mothers and infants and toddlers in selected sites. 5. Head Start recognizes that, as parents, you are the first and most important teachers of your children. They welcome your involvement n activities and will work as partners with you to help your child progress. |
| Eligibility: | Children are eligible to participate if the are from low-income families or if their families are eligible for public assistance. Up to 10% of enrollees may be above income guidelines. |
