Transportation to New Heights Clubhouse in Price - Services include vocational rehabilitation and supported and temporary employment. 4. Substance Abuse Assessments and Evaluations. 5. Intensive Outpatients Substance Abuse Treatment - Group and individual counseling are available for both adults and youth. 6. Substance Abuse Prevention and Intervention Programs. 7. DUI Assessments, education, and classes. 8. Case Management. 9. Medication Management. 10. Supported Housing. 11. Tracker/Mentoring. 12. Youth Family Advocacy. 13. Drug Court - First time offenders, both youth and adults, can choose to enter the drug court program by making a Plea in Abeyance. |
