| Services Provided: |
1. Supervised day care up to five times per week with transportation available.
2. Nutritious meals, one hot meal and two snacks per day. 3. Ancillary services, i.e. physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, podiatrist and beauty salon services. 4. Health screening and counseling with referrals to other community service agencies. 5. Recreation and socialization oppurtunities. 6. Recreational programs designed specifically for persons with Alzheimers disease or related dementia. |
