1. A full assessment of a child's current health and developmental status.
2. Service coordination among providers, programs and agencies. 3. Strategies to build on family concerns, priorities and resources (CPR). 4. Developmental services - occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), speech language pathology, child development, nutrition, nursing, audiology, hearing, vision, social work, and transition. These services are provided in the child's natural environment. This may be the home, child care, or a community program. |
