| Services Provided: |
1. Provide grants to landlords and property owners to fix lead based hazards on their property. Covered costs include repainting and window replacement.
2. Blood testing will be provided to children enrolled in the program. 3. Lead based paint inspections and testing will be provided to qualified families. |
| Eligibility: | Property built before 1978 located in SL County. Child under 6 lives in or often visits. Income eligibility - homeowners income is at or below 80% of area median income. Landlords - income of tenants is at or below 50% and 80% of median income. |
