Services Provided:	1. Home Rehabilitation Program, including replacement/repairs for plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling system, structural supports & foundations, siding, porches, steps, alterations for handicap accessibility, energy efficient doors, windows, insulation water heaters & home appliances, roof, additions related to overcrowding, health & safety problems, & home replacement due to fire or catastrophic damage beyond repair.
Eligibility:	Applicants must be at or below 80% of area median income as defined by HUD for their family size, and the county they reside in: Applicant must own and occupy a single family dwelling for at least one year prior to application.
