Services Provided:	1. Complete evaluation covering aptitude, academic skills, medical, psychological and vocational evaluation. 2. Counseling and guidance (special programs for the deaf and hard of hearing as well as the blind and visually impaired.) 3. Purchase of and/or arrangements for - prevocational and personal adjustment training; remedial education; vocational training; artificial limbs and other prosthetic and orthotic devices (eye glasses and hearing aids); medical, surgical, psychiatric, hospital and related care; obtaining tools, licenses and equipment for work on a job or in establishing a small business; maintenance and transportation costs if needed during rehabilitation. 4. Job placement, post placement follow-up, job development, and job seeking skills training.
Eligibility:	Presence of a physical or mental impairment, which constitutes a substantial impediment to employment. Individual requires vocational rehabilitation services to become gainfully employed.
