Services Provided:	1. Residential programs (small group homes, supervised apartments, supported living, professional parents). 2. Day Training. 3. Supported employment. 4. Family support (including respite care, in-home training and support, assistive devices, environment modifications, parent and sibling training and support, etc). 5. Case management/support coordination (including on-going case management, eligibility determination, crisis management).
Eligibility:	Mental retardation of similar developmental disability (onset before age 18). Brain injury (acquired after age 18). Physical disability.
