1. OCHA (Office of Consumer Health Assistance) - assist the health care consumer with complaints, grievance procedures, referral, and understanding their health care program (see separate listing).
2. Compliance and enforcement teaching and training of laws, regulations, and rules regarding the health care coverage arena. Persuasion of companies to follow laws, regulations, and rules. 3. Rates and Forms - regulate the rates and forms for products sold to Utah residents. 4. Legislative Concerns - modify, create, develop new laws as federal or state mandates require. |
