| Services Provided: | 1. Free reconstructive surgery to children, young adults, and occasionally adults who suffer from facial deformities such as cleft palates, cleft lips, burns, hemangiomas, scars, etc. |
| Eligibility: | Letter of refusal by Medicare or Insurance, complete Operation Smile's application, and interview with one of our surgeons to determine if they are willing to operate for that condition. |
