1. Send victim impact statements to the victim and upon return the statement is forwarded to the Judge for sentencing. The impact statement is also used for pre-sentencing reports and by the prosecutors for preparing for trials.
2. Provides support for the victim through the court hearings. 3. Coordinate witnesses during preliminary hearings and trials. 4. Assist victims with Crime Victim Reparations (CVR) applications. |
