a. Vital Records - issues birth and death certificates.
b. Board of Health.
2. Community Health
a. Cancer screenings.
b. Cardiovascular Disease (CVD)
c. Early Intervention Program (birth - 3).
d. Family Planning Program - provides consultations and several forms of birth control.
e. Injury Prevention - including fall prevention, bike helmets, car seats, and home/yard safety.
f. Immunizations

g. Infants (0 - 5) Home Visitation Program.
h. Medicaid, PCN, CHIP, & Baby Your Baby eligibility.
i. Communicable Diseases - including Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) and HIV/AIDS testing and counseling.
j. Substance Abuse referral.
k. Targeted Care Management.
l. Tuberculosis (TB) Control.
m. Tobacco Program - provides education, cessation, prevention, Tobacco Handler Classes, and retail information.

c. Food Protection - includes food handlers permit classes, foodborne illness, proper food temperature, & temporary food site.
d. Used Oil Program - information on safe methods for disposal of used oil.
e. Water - includes analysis, information on disinfection, septic tank permit, monitoring and testing of swimming pools and spas, and drilling of wells.
f. Solid & Hazardous Waste Program.
