Services Provided:	1. Child Safety Seat Loaner Program - provide a limited number of short-term rental (no longer than two weeks) at no charge. 2. Child Safety Seat Referral Program - refer low income families to programs in their area that can provide them with a car seat. 3. Offer educational materials such as posters, brochures, curriculum, technical reports on traffic safety topics such as safety restraints, air bags, impaired driving, pedestrian safety, bicycle safety, school bus safety, fatigue and driving, speed, etc. All are free of charge. 4. Loan \|Vince and Larry\| crash dummy costumes, videos, buckle-up stencils, and bicycle rodeo kits free of charge. 5. Assist agencies with implementing safety programs. Work with law enforcement agencies, local health departments, PTA, nurses, etc. 6. Offer child safety seat checkpoints to encourage proper use of these life-saving devices.
