Services Provided: 1. Project Link - a substance abuse prevention program targeting truant youth in junior high and high school. Services include - Strengthening Families Program for youth and their parents, school tracking, drop-in tutoring service, recreation, community service activities, and crisis management.
2. Project Connect - Early intervention program. Provides prevention and education services for youth at risk for substance abuse. Serves Junior high school and high school students experiencing anger or family issues. Provides mental health assessment and individual, family, and group therapy.
3. Project Stop - Standard Outpatient Substance Abuse Program. Program consists of 2-4 hours of treatment per week based on an individualized treatment plan. Services may include - individual, family, and group recreational therapy, parent support groups, case management, random drug screens, and 24 hour crisis management.
4. Project Able - Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Program. Program consists of 6 or more hours per week. Each client will have an individualized treatment plan consisting of a combination of the following services - collaboration with ancillary workers, case management, random drug screens, and 24 hour crisis management.
5. Project Cope - provides mental health services to youth.
Eligibility: 17 years of age or younger, resident of Salt Lake, Summit, or Tooele Counties.
