Services Provided:	1. Self-esteem building. 2. Instruction and assistance in self-management of physical wellness and daily living skills. 3. Assistance in obtaining an education or vocational training. 4. Interactive finance management counseling. 5. Nutritional risk assessment and assistance. 6. Goal-specific mentor program. 7. Some assistive technology assistance.
Eligibility:	Age 18 or older with a physical disability. The cognitive ability to manage their own finances. Desire to be as self sufficient as possible.
