| Services Provided: |
1. First Mortgage Loan Program - offer mortgages to first time home buyers who meet guidelines. Must purchase home in target neighborhood.
2. Rehabilitation Loan Program - offer home repair loans to those who qualify. Must live in target neighborhood. 3. Youth Works Program - youth employment program offers employment (construction trainee) to youth between the ages of 14-18. Must coordinate time release with school. 4. Home Ownership Promotion Campaign - home buyer education classes held once a month. 5. Financial Fitness Workshop - learn to build wealth and reduce expenses, plan and set goals, such as home purchase. Graduates can create an Individual Development Account with up to $2000 in matching funds towards home purchase. 6. Foreclosure counseling. |
