| Services Provided: |
1. Counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
2. Older Adult Services including in-home counseling and assessments, care management and volunteer services. 3. Refugee Services for seniors including ESL classes. 4. Project EncourAge for seniors living in Sugarhouse. Health screenings, socialization and physical activities to help seniors stay in their homes. 5. Connecting the Dots - substance abuse education. One hour presentations available for schools, workplaces and faith based organizations. Forums include information about commonly abused substances including inhalants, prescription drugs, OTCs, etc. as well as how to recognize warning signs and how to talk to kids about drugs. |
| Eligibility: | No restrictions for Services 1., 2, 5. For Service 3. must be from the former Soviet Union. For Services 4. must live in Sugarhouse or vicinity. |
