Services Provided:	1. Section 8 rent subsidy - individuals locate their own apartments and their rent is subsidized. 2. Public Housing - Housing Authority owns and manages homes to rent to families. Rent is approximately 30% of tenant's income. 3. Family self-sufficiency provides escrow accounts for future use toward down payment on homes, etc. 4. Rehabilitation loans and grants for low-income home owners and mobile home owners to rehabilitate their homes. 5. Emergency repair grants for furnace repair, hot water heater repairs, plumbing, and electrical emergencies. 6. Grants for low-income families that provide up to $5,000 toward purchase of home.
