1. Housing Choice Voucher (formerly Section 8) - individuals locate their own apartments; rent is subsidized.
2. Public Housing - Housing Authority owns and manages apartments for families, elderly, and disabled. Rent is 30% of tenant's income. 3. Family self-sufficiency program providing escrow account to earn money toward the purchase of a home. 4. Transitional housing for veterans. |
