Services Provided:	1. Parents as Teachers Home Visiting Program - teaches parents the basics of child development in order to better prepare their children for school. 2. English as a Second Language (ESL) program offered. 3. High school completion programs offered. 4. Referrals to community programs that help with basic family needs such as medical, dental, housing and food. 5. Early Childhood Education classes for children 4 months to 5 years. 6. Adult Basic Education - reading and writing. 7. Field Trips - family activity nights and library visits.
Eligibility:	Low income, two or more identified risk factors, children 4 months -7 years, and an adult educational need.
