Services Provided:	1. Upward Bound Project - for targeted high school students. Provides tutoring and counseling, study skills classes, career guidance and residential summer program. 2. Student Support Services - restricted to students already enrolled at the U of U. Provides preparatory classes, tutoring, counseling, career and academic guidance.
Eligibility:	Must be low income and/or a first generation college student.
