Center for Women and Children...261-9177 697 West 4170 South Alcohol/drug detoxification services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for homeless women and homeless women with children. Children may reside at the Center with their mothers, and will receive age appropriate education and interventions. 3. Homeless Outreach Program...718-6342 or 631-7584 Mobile outreach services to homeless individuals and families in Salt Lake County. 4. Retired and Senior Volunteer Program...(801)779-1287 Provides volunteer opportunities in Davis, Emery, and Tooele Counties for people age 55 and older. 5. Treatment Services (Day treatment/Housing program)...355-1528 140 West 2100 South, Suite 208 Intensive outpatient treatment program (20 hours/week) that combines substance abuse counseling with living skills training to enable clients to become self-sufficient, productive members of society. Clients must be alchol/drug free for 3-5 days before entering program. Out Patient Housing Program - out patient treatment, case management services combined with housing subsidy. Foster Grandparent Program...(435) 613-0987 Provides volunteer opportunities in Tooele, Carbon, Emery, Grand, and San Juan counties. For seniors aged 60 and older who meet financial eligibility requirements. |
