Services Provided:	1. Adult outpatient and intensive outpatient substance abuse and domestic violence treatment program including a specialized treatment for mothers and their children. 2. Adolescent outpatient and intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment program. 3. Substance Abuse Prevention Program offering services in schools and other community sites. 4. Domestic Violence Treatment Program, including services for abusers, victims, and child witnesses of domestic violence. 5. General outpatient mental health specializing in stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Eligibility:	Patient diagnosis must be appropriate for outpatient treatment. Subsidized substance abuse and domestic violence treatment services are primarily available for Salt Lake County residents within income criteria.
