Services Provided:	1. Day Support Services - sheltered workshop where a variety of paid work is provided. Work includes assembly, packaging, labeling, and sorting. Vocational training is included in this program. 2. Day Activity Program - provides a variety of site based and non-site based activities. Activities include crafts, cooking, games, swimming, bowling, concerts, and movies to mention a few. Also included in this program is the Senior Support Program. 3. Residential Services - includes group homes and supervised apartment programs. Services include training and support in money management which includes payee services, grocery shopping, cooking, housekeeping, personal hygiene, accessing medical and dental services, and recreation/leisure. 4. Supported Employment Services - this service includes assessment, assistance with developing a resume, assistance with preparing for job interviews and filling out applications, locating possible jobs, and ongoing job coaching services. 5. Enclaves and Work Crews - several work sites with supervised crews are provided to teach individuals work skills - some of these sites have paid work.
Eligibility:	Must meet eligibility requirements of the funding agency or be able to pay for services privately.
