1. Operate two HUD based group homes for the physically disabled. Independent living skills are taught.
2. Provide independent apartment living with needed support. 3. Information and referral service/advocacy. 4. Day support/Job related training. 5. Technology assistance. 6. Family Services/Family Ties/Respitality - Provides opportunities for parents of children with disabilities to network with one another. Activities for children, hotel accommodations and dinner for parents. |
